Seems as though my last blog post revolved around the distinct lack of breakfast, I thought it would be a good place to start this blog. I’m liking the idea of a themed blog post and food revolved themes will always be my favourite. Monday morning saw the start of the week kick off with another breakfast meeting, this time with breakfast, big shout out to whoever organised the croissants, you are the real MVP. My role is to take the minutes in the meetings however, on a Monday morning the only real minutes of value that can be taken were ‘there were croissants’.
As much as I enjoy breakfast meetings, there real issue appears to be the insanely early mornings that come with this. However, Wednesday 10th of February will be an early morning worth while. David Dein, former vice-chairman of the Arsenal football club will be speaking at our business breakfast. (Cue shameless plug) He is speaking at Weetwood Hall with breakfast being served from 8-8:30 and David is presenting and answering questions until 9:30, it will be a great way to start your day. There is a £10 entrance draw. I look forward to seeing you all – my avid blog readers there. You can tell Jane that you are there on recommendation of Beccy ;).
As for the rest of the week, everything is busy at Jane Clynes Headquarters and we are firing on all cylinders for our upcoming events – you’ll have to read my next blog to find out what they are.
See you next week,
